AI-Native Architecture
LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, AI-enabled enterprise workflows, and the architecture required to operate intelligent systems reliably at scale.
ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT · TECHNOLOGY LEADER
I design and modernize high-volume digital platforms across financial services, healthcare, and supply chain—at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud, real-time data, and AI.
ABOUT
I am a Solutions Architect and engineering leader with a 17+ year track record in enterprise integration, digital platform modernization, and high-performance system design. My work spans financial services, healthcare, and supply chain environments where reliability, scale, latency, and operational resilience are business-critical.
My current focus is the evolution from traditional enterprise platforms toward AI-native systems: architectures that combine intelligent decisioning with the same rigor expected from mission-critical distributed systems—resilience, observability, governance, security, and predictable performance.
I also contribute beyond industry through research publications, technical program committees, peer review, conference participation, and professional service.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
I work across the full lifecycle of complex enterprise platforms: strategy, system design, modernization, performance, resilience, delivery, and operational excellence.
LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, AI-enabled enterprise workflows, and the architecture required to operate intelligent systems reliably at scale.
Low-latency APIs, caching, high-throughput middleware, data platforms, concurrency, performance engineering, and strict SLA design.
Modernizing legacy platforms for PCF and AWS, building cloud-ready operating models, CI/CD practices, resilience patterns, and observability.
Microservices, API gateways, messaging, IBM MQ/ITX, EDI, healthcare clearinghouse workflows, and complex cross-system orchestration.
Graceful failover, operational safeguards, monitoring, root-cause analysis, risk metrics, incident prevention, and production stability.
Technical strategy, global team leadership, platform roadmaps, governance, stakeholder alignment, mentoring, and enterprise standards.
SELECTED WORK
Architected a caching middleware platform processing approximately 10 billion transactions per month with peak throughput around 7,000 TPS, helping deliver low-latency digital experiences under strict service-level requirements.
Led migration of 300+ middleware packages and web services from legacy Solaris environments to converged cloud and PCF, while directing high-volume integration APIs processing approximately 150 million transactions per day.
Led architecture initiatives around graceful failover, operational safeguards, root-cause resolution, and production resilience to protect high-volume digital transaction flows and reduce manual intervention.
